If you are batting off the January Blues, lost your crojo or generally naffed off with the weather, then you're in the right place!

January is such a hard month for many of us. The excitement of Christmas seems like a distant memory and the longer, warmer days feel sooo far into the future. Money gets tighter, friends seem to go into hibernation and it can feel pretty miserable.

Well have no fear, my crochet friend. Get yourself your favourite hot drink, light a candle and try one (or all) of my tips for beating the January blues with crochet.

Don't do that extra row of crochet tonight. Take a break. Get an early night and snuggle

up in bed with a good book. The early night will really do you some good!

I really hope you have a brilliant rest of the month. The great thing about winter is that nature has shed its skin and is prepping for a rebirth. Taking some time out for self care activities, shedding the things you don't want to bring into the new year with you, will help you to emerge in the springtime refreshed and raring to go.
